Ordering and payment
How can I pay?
With a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Card details are entered with our payment provider, iyzico, and are never stored by ArttoHang. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure. More on Payments and security.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and follow your order on the Order status page.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. The price you see on a product page already includes standard shipping to the country you selected.
Are taxes or import duties included?
No. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are assessed separately by local authorities.
My card was charged but the order shows an error. What now?
Write to help@arttohang.com with the order reference before paying again. Never send card numbers or security codes by email.
Production and delivery
How long does an order take?
Every piece is printed to order. Production usually starts within 2 to 7 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Delivery time begins after production.
Where do you deliver?
To the countries in the delivery selector on each product page. Availability can differ by product and size; if a destination has no supported rate, checkout does not go ahead. More on Shipping and delivery.
How do I follow my order?
Use the Order status page with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Carrier and tracking details are added to the order when we receive them after dispatch.
Products
Which formats do you offer?
Canvas print: poly-cotton canvas on a 1.25-inch pine stretcher frame, printed with archival inks, hand-stretched, with hanging hardware pre-installed.
Poster: printed on paper (fine-art, matte or semi-gloss, as shown on the product page), unframed.
Float-frame canvas: a canvas set in a frame in black, espresso, natural or white, ready to hang.
Which sizes are available?
Most artworks come as posters from 7 × 5 in to 48 × 36 in, and as canvas or framed canvas from 10 × 8 in to 60 × 40 in. The product page shows the exact sizes and prices for each artwork. See the size guide for help choosing.
Are the pieces originals?
No. ArttoHang sells prints produced to order, as posters, canvas prints and framed canvas.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Ready-made art can be returned within 15 days of delivery, including a change of mind, if it is new and unused. Write to us first and wait for written approval and instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the law says otherwise.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Tell us within 15 days of delivery. Keep the item and its packaging, and send your order number with clear photographs of the whole item, the affected area and the packaging. See Returns and cancellation.
Can I cancel an order?
A cancellation request must reach us within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins. Contact us at once; a request cannot be guaranteed if production has already started.
